I am a huge classic rock music fan. I like to think I have a fairly awesome knowledge of any sort of rock music produced before 1995 (this is one area of my life that I'm actually pretty confident with). But Chuck Klosterman is the absolute king. I think he is pretty much all around the guru of all things musical. Not only does he know everything (no overstatement there) but he is an excellent writer and author. I have read a few of his books and although Fargo Rock City isn't a newly released addition to his library of excellence I just picked it up this weekend and haven't put it down yet.

If you have even the slightest interest in 80s hair metal please get yourself a copy and delve into the awesomeness that is Chuck and his magnificence.

I finished my final exam today at 1:30pm which marks the beginning of spring break! While it is still this odd grey area between winter and spring here in Chicago I will be traveling to warmer climates tomorrow!

I'm one of those weird people who love dressing for flights. I often wear heels or wedges and try and make a fun outfit out of it. But. I almost always try and keep it edgy chic, like Dakota Fanning's outfit.

My birthday is in a week, and while I dislike celebrating I do use it as an excuse to myself things! These Urbanears headphones have been plaguing my dreams for a few weeks now...and I'm going for it. They are gorgeously simplistic, yet very trendy.
